Perfection in Education Part 2: What makes a "perfect" student?

A “perfect" student is not the one who always reads and does nothing except work all day long.

The biggest obligation of being a student is to know how to respect firstly your family, then your teachers, then your peers and finally your community.

A "perfect" student should get involved in many extra activities like playing sports and participating in social events such as community service.

As we were taught in health class, our total health includes mental balance, physical well-being and our social relationship with others. Having a good social relationship will help a student grow better. For instance, working with a group of peers gives the students the opportunity to explore and obtain a variety of ideas. Together as a group, students will produce their best work.

  1. While it is important for students to have a good social life and be involved in their community, I do think that a student must also do academic work. The main reason for college, for the "student" status, is not just to build relationships and follow hobbies, but to get an education.
